RN College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2008 at Panipat, Haryana. This affiliated college runs many different courses in the streams of engineering and management. RNCET offers 10 courses across 3 degrees—B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA. The institute is most famous for technical education in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Civil, and Chemical Engineering.

The institution has several facilities that help students have a comfortable stay on campus, enhance student experience, and support academic pursuits. These include various Laboratories. A library is also provided to the students with added textbooks, reference works, and digital resources. The institution has separate boys' and girls' hostels with furnished rooms, security, and Wi-Fi facilities available throughout the day. For example, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering has an intake of 30 students and B.Tech in Civil Engineering has an intake of 60 students. In the case of B.Tech, the college accepts scores from the nationally acclaimed JEE Main examination for admission to its undergraduate professional programs in the field of engineering and allied disciplines.
