RNG Patel Institute of Technology is a reputed Engineering Institution established in the year 2010. It is a Co-Educational Institution spread over a sprawling 12.25-acre campus located at Isroli in Gujarat. RNGIPT Bardoli is accredited by National Board of Accreditation and approved by All India Council for Technical Education, ensuring quality of education. It offers 10 courses across 3 degrees with an enrolment of 1,352 students and a faculty strength of 71. RNGIPT Bardoli has expertise in different branches of engineering like Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering, besides MBA and B.Voc. 

RNG Patel Institute of Technology  has various modern facilities for the overall development of students in terms of reaching their potential academically and personally. This 400 square meter library has a large stock of textbooks, reference books, and national and international journals. It also provides e-resources accessible through the institute's LAN. The Computer Centre manages a network of 450 computers with high-speed internet connectivity, thus providing ample opportunities for research and project work to students. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Hostel provides a decent living environment, with facilities like RO drinking water and water heaters, for students who require accommodation. The auditorium of the institute, which has a sitting capacity of 500, and two seminar halls that have a sitting capacity of 200 each, usually play host to the various academic and cultural events.

RNGIPT Bardoli offers a wide range of full-time courses to cater to different academic interests. The institute offers 6 BE, 1 MBA, and 3 B.Voc. programs. All the courses together have a sanctioned intake of students of 600. BE Computer Science and Engineering has the highest intake, with an intake of 120 students. Other courses like BE Mechanical Engineering, BE Electrical Engineering, BE Civil Engineering, BE Chemical Engineering, BE Information Technology, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and various B.Voc programs such as, have an intake of 60 seats, except for B.Voc Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and B.Voc Production Technology with an intake of 30 each.

The admission process to RNGIPT Bardoli is mainly regulated through the Gujarat Admission Committee for Professional Courses. For the BE programs, applicants who pass the Higher Secondary Certificate HSC have to apply through the Admission Committee for Professional Courses. The committee then prepares a merit list, after which the candidates are allotted seats in different colleges and branches in accordance with their merit and choices. The Institute accepts the scores of the Gujarat Common Entrance Test GUJCET for admission to its engineering programs. The admission dates vary every year.
