Rohtak Institute of Engineering and Management (RIEM) was established in the year 2008, located in Rohtak, Haryana. Situated at Panipat Highway (NH-71A), it is approximately 5 km from Rohtak; the institute has been offering several engineering programs for those aspiring to be technologists. The institution has a wide range of facilities in place to facilitate the learning process for its students. 

RIEM offers hostel facilities on the campus with separate boys and girls rooms that provide a living that is comfortable and feels at home. Hostel facilities are well furnished with a well-stocked library, including useful books and e-books for students and faculty use. To keep pace with the rapidly changing tech landscape, RIEM has invested in robust I.T. Infrastructure is provided, to ensure that the students get practical knowledge of the present technologies. It also has a cafeteria where students can relax and discuss various issues as they wait for classes. Medical facilities are also available within the campus, thus health services have been made available to the student in the RIEM community.

RIEM offers 11 courses in 2 degree which includes 7 B.Tech courses like Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering.
