Roshan College of Education, Dhar, aims at producing future educator and was established in 2007 and is a co-educational institution. This affiliated college, situated in Prakash Nagar, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, reflects the institution’s quality of Teacher Education as it has got the approval from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college conducts two full time courses, B.Ed and D.El.Ed having an intake of hundred students in each course. Roshan College of Education has a strength of 15 faculty members and currently the college has a strength of 99 continuing students making it a fine place for aspiring teachers.

The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education programmes are a two year full time courses aimed at producing teachers. Both programmes are approved for 100 students intake each making a total of 200 students in both courses. These programmes aims to nurture professional educators who are knowledgeable as well as skilled in the new factual and functional realities of modern learning process.

Admission policy in Roshan College of Education is also fair and carries merit basis for success in the overall admission process. The admission to B.Ed programme is decided according to the marks secured in the qualifying test, entrance test, or any other mode as per the rules and regulation of the State  government, Union Territory or the affiliated university. For the D.El.Ed programme, admission is done on merit basis such as, marks in qualifying & Entrance Test and as per any other rule made by state Govt. or UT from time to time.
