RPS College of Education, Khor came into existence in 2007. The co-educational affiliated college is situated in Ateli-Mandi, Haryana, sprawling over 3 acres of campus, and it is approved by NCTE. The college offers two full-time educational courses. The student enrolment is 246, and the faculty strength is 17. Specialization in teacher training is a forte that RPS College of Education has been specializing in over the years.

The institution has quite a good number of facilities, which are linked to the smooth running of students' learning processes. As the central academic center, the library has over 5,200 books and 200 reference books, it subscribes to 44 journals and 10 magazines. It offers internet access with online book searching, photocopying for the economically challenged, and well-equipped laboratories of science and psychology to give students practical learning experiences. The educational technology lab is well-furnished with computers provided with internet, projector, and audio-video aid facilities. The sports facilities are available for indoor and outdoor games. An annual athletics meet is conducted. Other facilities in the campus include multi-purpose auditorium, health centre with first-aid facilities, gym, parking space, and guest room for visiting faculty and family members.
RPS College of Education offers two prime courses: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed).

Both are regular two-year programs. While B.Ed. enrollment has been permitted with an intake of 100, the latter has 50 seats. Both courses, therefore, total 150 seats. Since it concentrates on only these two specialized programs, the college has a focused approach toward teacher education and readies the students for a career in the educational sector.
