RRS College of Education, Bijnor was established in the year 2014. It is an affiliated college in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is co-educational, teacher-oriented, and located in the village of Azampur, Tehsil Chandpur. The compact campus of 0.657 acres is duly approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. RRS College of Education has a total student eenrolment of 179 with a faculty strength of 10, which provides the ideal environment for learning by the future educators.

Various facilities provided in RRS College of Education enrich the educational experience of the students. The library is a resource centre that offers a wide range of education materials and literature. There are departmental-based laboratories in the college so that students can get practical experiences in their chosen fields. RRS College of Education offers a single course at Bijnor: the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). It is a two-year full-time course with an intake of 100 students, that essentially trains up students for a teaching career. The B.Ed. course is allowed with an intake of 100 seats to keep the student-to-teaching faculty ratio within satisfactory limits so that quality education could be provided. This will allow the university to focus its resources and expertise on the best overall teacher training, and the students and society will eventually benefit from it.

All the progarammes/courses offered by RRS College of Education shall be admitted on merit as prescribed by the state government, U.T. Administration and the affiliated university. For most programme/courses, performance in the qualifying examination itself would suffice as eligibility for taking admission to which would become their undergraduate qualification. In some cases, entrance examinations or other selection processes may also be done as a part of the admission procedure.
