Professional lectures on employability skills from outside institutions.
Conducting workshops
Engage with different sectors, sign memorandums of understanding (MOUs) for recruiting drives, and hold seminars to inform students about the newest developments in a range of fields.
Organise a company-specific training session prior to each recruitment to assist students in focusing on the particular abilities needed for that industry.
Every student should has a feedback session following the conclusion of each recruiting drive in order to assess and inform them of the reasons why they were not chosen.

Not that good Even I would say you may even not get placed only because of the degree because this college does not have any tie-up with the companies so no such placement are offered .but if you only want to have a degree then you can go for it
