Established in 2001, R D Gardi Medical College (RDGMC) holds the distinction of being the first private Medical College in Madhya Pradesh. It operates under the guidance of Ujjain Charitable Trust Hospital and Research Centre. RD Gardi Medical College has received recognition from both the Medical Council of India and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
RDGMC Ujjain is affiliated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur and offers courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students. RDGMC Ujjain courses consist of MBBS, and MD/MS programmes of a duration of 5.5 years and 3 years respectively. RD Gardi Medical College MBBS course costs around 37.73 lakhs.
RDGMC admission is based on an entrance test. NEET UG scores are taken into consideration for admission into the MBBS course, while NEET PG scores are considered for admission into MD/MS programmes. After qualifying for the entrance test, candidates apply for counselling. Those candidates who clear the RD Gardi Medical College cutoff are allotted seats at the institute.

college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment campus is huge and green.classrooms are big enough and well maintainrd, laboratories are nice, libraries, sports centres and hostels are also good.
RDGMC is one of the best college in M.P. It has all required facilities like labs, library, hostel to stay . The labs have all the advanced technlogy required to compete with the world. It also have canteen whose food should be improved. The college lacks a good sports facility.
