The architectural institute called RV College of Architecture (RvCA) started its work in 2014, and it is situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. Presently located in a 2.4 acres of land, RVCA is an affiliated college under the Council of Architecture. The institute is privite and has an intake of 645 students pursuing both under graduates and post graduate degree in architecture. Currently, the RVCA has a balanced student population ratio with a rating of 62% female students in the undergraduate program and 77% in the postgraduate programme . The college at present has a faculty strength of 35 members and imparts two courses in the field of architecture only. Some of the reasons that support this advocacy include RVCA’s provision of ultra modern facilities as well as its penchant for more practical learning environments.
The architectural institute called RV College of Architecture has made very many provisions that would assist the students to improve on their performances. The library which is an integral part of any institute offering architectural education boasts of 4000 titles and 5000 volumes of books and contemporary subscription to 20 national and 10 International journals. Concerning practical activities, RVCA has a computer laboratory with 60 stand-alone computers fitted with the current architectural software. It also has a multi purpose hall, the Prof Sudheendra Yelvagi hall for conference and other cultural programmes for 250. There are boys’ and girls’ hostels, each comprising 43 rooms; however, there is also expansion space beside each of the two existing hostels. Besides, the campus has the chess, carom, TT [table tennis], basketball, indoor and outdoor basketball, and badminton courts. A canteen and a health facility are also provided on site for student and staff use to help them get a healthy meal and if need be, medical care.
In general, RVCA provides two general programmes in architecture. The biggest and most successful programme is the five year B.Arch which takes 120 students and the two years M.Arch Urban Design which takes 20 students. The two courses are regular day programmes offered on campus to equip students with knowledge and the practical skills in architecture and urban design. B.Arch forms 94% of the overall students’ population while M.Arch programme accounts for the remaining 6%. For the last academic year, the institute offered two programmes to its students a total of 621 students enrolled.
The admissions policy applied at RVCA is the national and state entrance tests; the process is selective. For the B.Arch the admission is through the concession through the BALLB comet Through COMED-K under college code E-176. The following are the vector based criteria: National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) score: 50%, Qualifying examination marks: 50%. Other accepted exams are JEE Main, KCET etc. The admissions for M.Arch Urban Design programme will be valid with their GATE or PGCET score. RVCA also provides scholarships for candidates with 6 students in the undergraduate programme being reimbursed in the academic year 2022. The college has a Training and Placement Cell that directly interact with the final year students and invites several companies for campus recruitment. The alumni of RVCA are indeed have carved their niche as industry leaders and their strength contributes to the strong alumni base through which the existing student can mentor.

126.5/4+78/2=70.6
It is very difficult to get a Government college based on your score. Because it needs more than 150 Nata score
You may into some decent colleges but it is difficult to get into colleges based on your choice
I think it may be easy if you are other than general category because based on the previous cutoffs most of the colleges cutoff for SC/ ST and other than general are around 60 merit marks. But cutoffs change every year.
