Saint Bilal Convent School began in 2017 and is an affiliated college situated in the Sitapur region of Uttar Pradesh. The co-education college is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and provides two regular courses in education. Lying on a small area of about 0.99 acre, the school admits a total of 198 student, and is staffed by 16 employees. Saint Bilal Convent School offers teacher education courses for B. Ed and D. El. Ed to the students who want to become successful teachers. 

Some of the institutes facilities are modernised to developed the learning environment of student institutions. The well stocked library has a book stock of 5000 books, 25 journals and 30 encyclopedias and a sitting capacity 50 students. It is proposed that the library put to use the SOUL software obtained from the UGC for the management of its resources. For practical learning, Saint Bilal Convent School boasts a Home Science lab, and two computer laboratories to ensure that a student gets practical experience in whatever area that the student has interest in. It also has stadium, sport field, theatre for events and seminars, health centres and first aid facilities. Some of the facilities for students include a gym, cafeteria and internet connection all over the compound. Also, on campus, there is guest house to accommodate faculty members who have visited orphans’ homes and other relatives of students.

Two basic courses in the field of education are available at Saint Bilal Convent School. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) are both two year full time programmes. The D. EL. Ed programme is approved for 50 numbers of seats and the B. ED programmee does not show any number of seats for the admission.

The admission policy at Saint Bilal Convent School is centralised and primarily thumbnails; on the basis of overall performance in the qualifying examination/entrance examination. Admission to the B.ED programme is done under the policy of the State Government/U. T. Administration as well as the University norms.
