Saint Kabir College of Education Kauli Patiala was established in 2005 is one of the leading teacher training institute located at Kauli District Patiala Punjab. This co-educational college affiliated to the state university is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located in a 6 acre land area, the college currently runs three regular courses in education viz; B.Ed, D.El.Ed and M.A Education. Student enrolment in total is 270 with teacher training faculty of 16 making Saint Kabir College of Education a preparer of faculty for the future.

Saint Kabir College of Education has developed numerous facilities that aim to improve the learning processes of students in college. A library with more than 6000 books essays, newspapers, journals, magazines make it a befitting place for scholarly activities. To promote the use of current technologies in learning the campus is fitted with a computer lab that has twenty three terminals with internet connection. Facilities As regards the adequate requirements of the students, various special labs namely the language lab, science lab, home science lab, and psychology lab are available to give a practical experience to the budding teachers. The college also pays emphasis the health of the students; it has a sports room and a large playground for indoor and outdoor games. Other facilities include dining facility, transport, a seminar, and first aid room for health complications.

Out of the courses offered, which include three programmes, all are full time programmes offered at Saint Kabir College of Education. Currently, the B.Ed programme offers the largest number of intakes of 100 students, while D.El.Ed offers 50 intakes, and the MA Education offer takes only 25 intakes.

Admissions to the Saint Kabir College of Education follows the merit system as served by the rules set by the State Government/UT Administration and the affiliated university. For B.ED and D.EL.ED admissions are made as per the marks in the qualifying test or through an entrance test for admission.
