Sandipani Technical Campus Faculty of Engineering and Polytechnic, Latur, was established in the year 2011. This is a co-educational college with the college campus spread over a sprawling 10-acre campus in Latur, Maharashtra. STMEI is an affiliated and AICTE-approved college that is accredited by NACC. This institute offers a diversified pool of six courses in two degrees, with different disciplines in engineering. With a total student intake of 313 and faculty strength of 30.

The library is a key knowledge center and is fully automated using barcode technology. It has an extensive collection of books, periodicals, and computer-based information resources. It is adequately spread over 411 square meters with a spacious reading hall. Its commitment to healthcare is very visible through its tie-up with one of the prime hospitals locally for prompt medical attention to its students. STMEI is backed by good IT infrastructure with the provision of fiv e independent computer labs fully furnished with the latest configurations of hardware and software packages. Sufficient sports facilities are furnished at the campus for recreation and physical fitness purposes. 

STMEI runs a total of 6 courses in both full-time B.Tech and Diploma programs. The B.Tech Programs are four-year programs, while the Diploma courses are three-year programs. All programs are offered in full-time, regular mode. The aggregate approved intake of students in all its programs together is 360, thus justifying the optimal student-teacher ratio for learning. The programmes offered are B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech Civil Engineering, B.Tech Computer Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
