Sanjeevini Institute of Para Medical Sciences was started in 2003, which is a leading Para Medical College in Davangere, Karnataka. Like most affiliated colleges, this college is a paramedical college that provides different courses to students intending to work in health facilities. The institute occupies a limited area of one acre of land and it is here that, with a total student intake of seventy students, it imparts education with the help of a motivated team of sixteen faculty members. This is an indication of a conscious effort by the institute to provide quality education, which is well demonstrated through its various programmes offering five specialised courses across the two degree levels offered that cut across the various aspects of paramedical sciences.

The institute is proud to present an all-round platform that is offered to its students. State-of-the art facilities can be observed in booths to improve the experience of the campus. A good library is endowed as a student-packed source of medical literature with easy access to numerous materials. The college comprises dedicated rooms for individual departmental laboratories, which play an essential role in hands-on training, especially for paramedical science courses. To sum up, in order to prepare students for the tendencies of modern developments in informatics, the institute has equipped itself with wonderful IT facilities so that the students learn the electronic devices that are used in the health care field. As part of development, specific improvements include the provision of special sporting grounds for improvement of students’ health and general group management.
