Sanskar Vidya Bharti College of Education, Meerut, is one of the eminent institutions for teacher education in Uttar Pradesh. In terms of D.El.Ed., eligibility requires that the candidate has completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.

The admission to the D.El.Ed. is based on the performance at the 10+2 examination and/or by an entrance test conducted as per the policies of the government and U.T. Administration. The minimum eligibility requirement is 50% marks in the 10+2 examination.
