Sant Ramkrishna Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Agra, provides quality education to the female students since its inception in the year 2004. Saraswati education college that is an affiliated college is located in Balkeshwar Road, Shivpuri and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). As seen, the institute provides 8 courses cutting across the 7 degree programmes and thus, helping various students with their career interests. The college boasts of faculty strength of 48 members which offer individual attention and guidance to learners. 

The college has featured a number of amenities that aims at making students have better learning. At the centre of its academic facilities is a library comprising of over 10,000 volumes, which comes from best of Indian and international authors, various national journals, periodicals, and magazines subscriptions. In view of the increasing dominance of the digital world, Sant Ramkrishna Kanya Mahavidyalaya offers a good computing and network centre which boasts of more than thirty computers and wireless facilities to enable the students to interact with the modern software and hardware systems. The campus includes well-equipped laboratory for practical learning, three conference halls that can accommodate 150 students each, as well as, one big hall with the capacity of 300 students equipped with modern kinds of audio-visual equipment for academic meetings. 

Sant Ramkrishna Kanya Mahavidyalaya has, in course of time, come up with various courses of their own starting form undergraduate to postgraduate level. The institute offers 8 full time courses in different discipline. The programme with the highest admission capacity is the Bachelor of Arts (BA) with 420, and the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with 200 admission capacity. Other programmes are B.Sc (Bio Group and Maths Group) and B.Com which has the capacity of 180 students each. They are M.Ed with total seats of fifty, M.Com with a total of sixty seats, etc. Also, there is an eligibility course, Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) having intake capacity of fifty. 

Sant Ramkrishna Kanya Mahavidyalaya has online admission for different courses. In the case of B.E.d and M.E.d programmes, admission policy involves merit as based on marks of the qualifying examination and /or entrance examination. It is conducted in accordance with the policies recommended by the State Government, UT Administration or university. Likewise, in D.El.Ed also, based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations and or the entrance test as per the guideline of state government. For other courses like B.Sc, B.Com, and BA, admission is also on merit basis. The college provides accommodation facility of on-campus hostel for out-station students. Depending on the interest of the students, there are provisions for playing football, badminton, basketball, athletic, table tennis, chess, and carrom. The college also makes sure that the cafeteria is clean and it also has a kitchen on the compound.
