4. Counseling Registration: Students are shortlisted for the counseling procedure and are required to register online for counseling, which is conducted.

5. Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted are required to submit documents for verification process. The list of documents includes:

  • Mark sheets and certificates of 10th and 12th
  • Admit card and score card of entrance examination
  • Domicile certificate (if required)
  • Category certificates (for reserved categories)
  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • Any other document that institute/WBJEEB may require

6. Seat Allotment: Seats are allocated to the candidates through the management based on the rank received in the entrance exam and through document verification.

7. Payment of fees: After the allotment of seats, candidates have to pay their fee as applicable by Santiniketan Nursing Institute to ensure the seat.
