Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery (BAMS) graduate degree awarded after the study of five and a half years duration, including 1-year internship, the course offered by Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi and approved by National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).


Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must have passed 12th from any recognized board / Equivalent Examination with English as one of the languages, and Physics, Chemistry & Biology as optional subjects, with a minimum of 50% of marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC Category) in the aggregate of the relevant Sciences subjects’ i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Biology are eligible.
  • Age – must be minimum 17 years at the time of admission.

Admission Details

Admission is decided on merit and performance in the interview.
