Sarada College of Education, Kadapa: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Sarada College of Education was established in the year 2007 and is a co-educational affiliated college in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The college exclusively offers teacher education for obtaining a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). The college is affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and is running on a small 2 acre campus. Being an institution that enrolment 50 students in total and having 8 faculty members on board makes it sure that each student at Sarada College of Education gets personalised and more focused learning. The only degree programme offered by the college is available to 100 students under general intake who are facilitated with faculty interested students willing to choose teaching as their career. 

Sarada College of Education is committed to the range of facilities that support the learning needs of students. Library is there to cater to the needs of the students and to provide books and materials on different subjects prescribed through the curriculum of B.Ed. College is equipped with the departmental laboratories so that students may practice and conduct experiments relevant to the theories learned to acquire practical skills. Sarada College of Education also considers the physical well-being of the students and provides sporting facilities. In addition, the college possesses a good IT infrastructure, thereby availing its students adequate modern technology and digitised resources, significantly needed by present best education practices. 

The Sarada College of Education occurs purely for its B.Ed programme, a full-time two-year course, which can focus its resources only on the future teachers it is developing. This college offers an opportunity for the local student teache aspirant. B.Ed. status approved with 100 intake.

Admission of the students for the Education programme as approved by NCTE is governed by State Government of Andhra Pradesh / University to which the College is affililiated. Admission shall be based purely on merit prepared from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination, if any, conducted by the institute, and such other criteria as prescribed by the state and university from time to time.
