Sarafraz College of Education is an affiliated college that was setup in 1994 in Shah Anwar Colony, Hyderpora, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. The specialisation of this institution is on teacher education; it has a programme for the award of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). The college occupies a total area of 1 acres and has an aggregate student enrolment of 134 with a total faculty strength of 15 members. 

Sarafraz College of Education has implemented different kinds of facilities to foster the learning process of the students.
