Sardar Vallabhbhai International School of Textile Management, Coimbatore was founded in 2002 and is a co-educational autonomous institute established by the Government of India's Ministry of Textiles. The institute is set across a 6-acre site. The SVPISTM provides six undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The SVPISTM courses include B.Sc, MBA, and P.G.D.M. The SVPISTM admissions are through the Common Entrance Test or equivalent qualified examination for both undergraduate and graduate programmes. The eligible candidates can apply for SVPISTM admissions for the desired course. The SVPISTM Coimbatore fees range from Rs 1.95 Lakhs- Rs 2.78 Lakhs.
The SVPISTM students are also eligible for scholarships and job placement. The institute has a separate placement cell that conducts placement activities for eligible students.
