Sarvodaya Polytechnic College, Azamgarh, is one of the reputed technical college that is situated in Harbanshpur, Sadar Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. Often affiliated, it has also been accorded recognition for its provision of standard technical learning. It is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which entitle it to offer education that follows the national standards of technical education. The college has 41 faculty members as dedicated professionals in engineering and technology and offers diploma programmes in various fields of engineering which can fulfill the aspirations of the students.

Sarvodaya Polytechnic College provides its students a total of four diploma courses all of which have a tenure of three years. Current academic portfolios in the college include Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering. This institution has a total approved intake of 300 students in all the courses offered and so opportunities for young engineers are apparent. The cut off point also distinguishes the Diploma in Electrical Engineering programme which has the largest intake of 120 students while the rest of the three programmes offered have 60 intakes each.
