After the Sau Sushilamai Kale Arts, Commerce and Science College, Gautamnagar which is co-educational institution established in 2002 and situated at Kolpewadi Kopargaon, Maharashtra. This affiliated college recognized by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has different undergraduate programs. The college occupies a campus of 5.06 acres and has a total student strength of 815 male and female students, 54:46 respectively. The institute is affiliated to the languages university having a faculty of 33 members and offers three different courses in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams with a strength of 120 students each for each course.
This college aims at ensuring that students have a favorable environment in relation to a variety of facilities for learning and development. The library is an information resource and learning center of the students which encompasses all sorts of information in different disciplines. In about infrastructure, the college has developed fabric and essential Laboratorial pedagogy facilities are available in the college such as a computer Laboratory, which containing 35 systems along with LCD projectors, LAN & Internet Facility. Science departments are privileged to generous laboratory space, state of art equipment such as the spectrophotometer in physics lab. It also provides extra-curricular education by providing sporting amenities and a good gym for boys and girls. Other facilities include the provision of car parking accommodation, a dining hall that can accommodate thirty people at a time, a health unit that also has first aid facilities.
Sau Sushilamai Kale Arts, Commerce and Science College offers a total of three full-time undergraduate courses: English Honours, Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). All these programmes take a duration of three years and the approved intake is 120 students; thus, a total of 360 extant students across all the courses. It is a college exclusively for undergraduate education, and all its students are taking UG programs in the 2021 academic year; 814 in total.
Sau Sushilamai Kale Arts, Commerce and Science College follows merit based admission procedure and is bound by the rules laid by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Director of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra. As a result of the above mentioned clause the college does not infringe the rights of the otherwise deserving candidates and upholds the policies in reservation as a main strategy.
