Jaipur National University's School of Computer & Systems Sciences, was established in 2002 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Computer science and information technology has today developed into a active field and this prestigious university provides the necessary programmes for this exciting field. At present, the school has a faculty comprising of 13 well dedicated professional educators making sure that effective learning to the aspiring tech students. It is affiliated with AICTE which is a Government of India’s independent council that provides technical education.

School of Computer and Systems Sciences has a wide variety of facilities that seek to help improve the school experience of the students. It accommodates 63 functional laboratories to afford adequate exposure of the students and practicable demonstration of abstract knowledge. The main library, a knowledge warehouse, has 39103 and multiple collection, being updated regularly to meet the changes in the advancement in knowledge. For academic discourse and meetings, workshops or seminars, the college provides spacious, aesthetically-designed air-conditioned auditoriums with projection facilities and internet connectivity. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled to allow connectivity to the internet for students and staff in the entire campus.

School of Computer and Systems Sciences presents a full spectrum of 8 courses in 4 degrees at different levels, including undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. This is as follows: undergraduate full time – BCA, BCA in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and  BCA in Cyber Security, Postgraduate full time – MCA, MCA in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, MCA in Cyber Security, Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application, and Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science.

The procedure to get admission in the School of Computer and Systems Sciences differs from course to course. BCA and its specialisations at the under graduate level require merit and Personal Interview (PI) for the selection. Some of the courses included in the specialisation, MCA and the Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering have an entrance test in addition to personal interviews.
