School of Computer Science and Engineering is a constituent college of XIM University, Bhubaneswar, which was set up in 2016. Situated in Harirajpur, Odisha, this school is a co-educational institute that has only the primary aim to deliver quality education especially in the area of Computer Science and Engineering. Some of the programmes to be provided in the school are undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate programmes in different fields of study. Some facts and figure of this institution are, faculty comprises of 8 members and it aims to providing individuals attention and guidance to the students.

The students at the School of Computer Science and Engineering benefit from a various list of amenities that are aimed at improving student learning environment. The physical installations are well developed featuring the best sports and gymnasium for encouraging and improving physical and leadership abilities in students. However, for students who need housing, the university provides boys and girls hostels within the compound. It has a clinic and an ambulance to attend to students as far as their health is concerned, is taken care of even in the middle of the night. It has many facilities, especially in the IT sector which includes the IBM Analytics Lab, HP Cloud Computing Centre, Digital Circuits Lab and Data Centre. Students are also able to have resources from Microsoft Imagine Academy making it even more flexible for student learning.

The School of Computer Science and Engineering has a total of 3 courses at different study levels. These are a B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering honours, a M. Tech Data Science and Analytics and Ph.D Computer Science and Engineering. Courses are planned to develop subject matter proficiency as well as skills appropriate to the innovative subdiscipline of the discipline of computer science.

The admission policy of the School of Computer Science and Engineering is aimed at choosing the most deserving candidates. Taking B.Tech admissions into consideration, the school administers the Xavier Engineering Selection Test (XEST). The candidates who were scoring 75% or above in the JEE Main examination can be taken under the direct admission scheme provided they are going through the performance of the prior session and a personal interview.

Xavier School of Computer Science and Engineering, Harirajpur is governed by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar. It's a private institution offering three programs in Computer Science Engineering, That is Bachelors, Masters and Postgraduate and approved by AICTE. This college was established in the year 2016.

The entrance exams for admission in this institution are JEE Mains, XEEE and X - RAT examinations. The eligibility criteria for admissions for Bachelor program is 10+2 passed with minimum 60% in Science and Mathematics subjects from recognised boards. Companies visited and hired maximum students this year in the parent university( Main Campus). Top companies visited are

This institute offers B.Tech , M.Tech and PhD programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctrol level .

This institute has most of its faculties are phD degree holders.

This University leverages high quality programmes in the field of Computer science, coding , research, Entrepreneurship, innovation and more .

Admission is done on the basis of entrance exams like XEEE, JEE MSIN and X-RAT .

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech is that , can need to pass 10+2 with an aggregate of 60% from a recognized board with Science stream (Mathematics compulsory).
