The School of Computer Sciences was founded in 1994 as part of Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Being an affiliated college under the university, it grants specialised and specific computer science courses. The All India Council for Technical Education has sanctioned the school, which makes sure that its curriculum is aligned with the standards of the nation. This compact 1 acre of campus land has an intimate setting for students to learn, while the faculty learns near the students.

At present, the School of Computer Sciences offers a curriculum focused on its flagship programme, MCA. It is a three-year, full-time postgraduate course that helps students acquire a comprehensive education in advanced computer applications. The programme has an approved strength of 60 students to ensure a proper balance between students and faculty so that learning is effective. The school has 13 dedicated professionals as faculty who have brought along with them experience and industry insights to their teachings.
