Sri padmavati women’s university school of engineering & technology was started in the year 2006 at tirupati, andhra pradesh, and has a proud place in the list of women’s universities in the country. This women university is committed to produce quality education in engineering fields. The institute is All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved and has a total of 360 under graduate B.Tech seats in four disciplines. This school has 81 faculty members and a reasonable student : faculty ratio; it supplies solid education. The School of Engineering and Technology currently has four B.Tech programs that take four years to complete when pursued to the fullest. Some of the existing special programs are; Computer Science and Engineering,Electronics and Communication Engineering,Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. The total number of SEATES approved in all courses taking into consideration is 360 We have maximum number of seats in the branches Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering which is 120 each. This is true because all the courses offered in the institute are technically inclined and categorized under undergraduate category.
