Coming to your question it depends on the counselling conducting body , but in most cases they generally send the SMS or if not you should check the results of the counseling from their websites also .

This issue arises due to server error or when many applicants try to download or open the portal many at the same time.

Keep trying you might get the proper link to download it. Or you could just contact the particular examination official website and share your problem. It would be better if you approach college itself.

I guess you mean what happnes after Choice fillingin JEECUP . Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, is holding JEECUP Counselling to fill Polytechnic seats in UP. The counselling of JEECUP is being held in 3 rounds. The process includes registration, choice (Institute wise/ Branch wise) filling, seat allotment, security fee deposition, reporting at the allotted institute for Document Verification and Freeze/Float Option.

Since you are asling now i guess it is for the 3rd round of counselling. The choice locking started on 17th till 18th and the sseat allotment list was released on 19th with admission of students to the alloted institutes on 20th to 24th july.  After the Panjab University second seat allocation list is released, candidates need to report at the respective departments between July 15 to July 17, 2019.  The counselling of Panjab University 2019 will be finished by July 26, 2019. Candidates whose name or roll number had appeared in Panjab University 2019 merit list are required to attend the counselling session as per the schedule. Shortlisted candidates should remember that merely qualifying and featuring in the merit list does not guarantee their admission in Panjab University 2019. They are required to fill the admission form of Panjab University 2019 and attend the counselling session physically. Candidates are called for Panjab University 2019 counselling according to their merit position. To finalize their Panjab University admission 2019, it is compulsory for candidates to mark their attendance as well to prove their physical presence on the scheduled date. Further, they should also carry relevant documents on the day of counselling to finalize their admissions.

In the year 2018, the cutoff for ST category under state quota of Rajasthan for Government MBBS seat was 432 marks(Govt. Medical College, Dungarpur).
The cutoff for SMS medical college for ST category in 2018 was 492 marks.

Firstly,the shortlisted candidates like you should have to report to the help centres for the document verification, Based on the preferences given by the candidates like you and based on the availability of the seats and the merit the suitable seats will be allotted to the students. To them The allotted seats they will have to pay the requisite fee and report to the college allotted to them.The total number of seats offered for admission are 23,358 for all the categories combined.
