If you didn't get any mail or sms from nta for correction but the image you uploaded is showing only half of your face and hence is discrepancy.You can change your image. Try to take the proper scanned image and upload it. If you are not able to change kindly try with another device that will help you sometimes due to technical glitches these problems occurs. If the problem still continues try to contact the concerned authority about the problem.

If you have not received any e-mail or SMS from NTA regarding any discrepancy and also if everything is correct in your NEET 2021 Application form then no need to worry your Admit card for NEET 2021 will be available for you to download 3 days prior to NEET UG 2021 i.e. around 8th or 9th September 2021.

Suppose in the case if you have to make any correction in your NEET Application form then you can do so before August 14th 2021 because after this time you will not be able to make any corrections in your NEET application form.

Because the Time line for NEET UG 2021 goes like :-

** Online submission of Application form : July 13th to August 10th 2021 till 9 PM

** Last date of online fee submission : August 10th 2021 till 11:50 PM

** Correction window : August 11th to August 14th 2021

** Exam city declaration : August 20th 2021

** Admit card release : 3 days prior to the NEET UG 2021 examination.

** Examination date : September 12th 2021

You might get an SMS that the result is announced and the link. However, to know the exact details you'll have to visit the website bitsadmission.com, click on the result or scorecard link, enter your application number and password as the login details and view the results.

Incase you have forgotten your application number or password you can retrieve the same by clicking on forgot application or password link.

See nTA will only inform you about the discrepancies in your images not for other details and as soon as your form will be verified, you will receive a message from NTA that might come before the correction window or during the correction window or even after the correction window (if received after the correction window then also you will be able to make correction only in the images section). So if you have to edit any other detail then you have to do it during NEET correction window which will be active from August 11th to 14th.

You can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-

** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.

** Now login using your login credentials.

** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.

** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview your form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.

** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.

** Now take the print out of your NEET correction slip for future references.

The details which are editable in NEET 2021 Application form are as follows :-

• Personal details - Father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birthplace, eligibility for 15% AIQ, ID card details among others
• Exam preference details - Medium of question paper, NEET exam centres 2021 preferences

If yo are able to download the confirmation page please download it keep it safe for future references. Kindly note down the application number because it is needed in every field. And kindly once again log in with your credentials if it shows your application then you don't have any any problem. There might be multiple reasons for not receiving a confirmation page. Ensure that the payment of application is successful, if the payment is not successful then confirmation page will not be generated. If the payment was not successful then you need to pay once again, the amount that was debited earlier will be refunded to the same bank account. See it is recommended that you should upload clear photo which is 100% visible but if there is slight variation or little blur which can be neglected then you won't receive a mail regarding image discrepancy but you should re-upload it in very clear manner so that the photograph should be 100% visible and even if you don't upload it again and also do not receive the mail then also there would not be any problem because if there would be any serious issue regarding your image then NTA will inform your for sure before rejecting your form.

NEET 2021 Correction window will open August 8th 2021 and will remain active till August 12th 2021 so make sure to modify all the details whichever required.

See you will get an e-mail from NTA regarding the discrepancy in your NEET 2021 Application form only for images that you have upload not for other details which you have mentioned in it. So if there would be any discrepancy found in any image then NTA will inform you before rejecting your application and also you will get s fixed time period in which you can remove that discrepancy.

Also the correction window will open for NEET 2021 Registered candidates on August 8th 2021 so if you think that there are some details which you need to correct so you can do it by August 12th 2021 because after this you won't be able to make any corrections in NEET UG 2021 Application form.

NTA mails you  regarding any discrepancies in replication form like issues with uploaded images etc but even if it doesn't mail , you can still use correction window and change your uploaded images and upload images as per the specifications prescribed by NTA.

Neet correction window will open on 8th August and the last date to use it is 12th August.

Here's how you can use correction window once it gets opened to change the uploaded images :-

* visit neet.nta.nic.in

* login using your application number and password

* An option to change the images  will be there on your screen, click on it.

*Now you can change your uploaded images

*Then you will get an otp on your registered mobile number which you will have to enter in order to confirm your correction.

-----) your passport size photograph,(size: 10 kb to 200 kb)

• your photographs  must be taken  on or after 01.01.2021 and  preferably mentioning  your name and the date on which the photograph was clicked

• you shouldn't be wearing any cap or goggle,  spectacles are allowed only if you use them regularly.

• at least 80% face coverage should be there in your photographs

• your ears should be visible

• Should be coloured one

• the background should be white.

• Should be in jpg format

-----) your Signature  (size :-4 kb to 30 kb)

• Full signature in running hand means not in capital letters, in jpg format.

• on white paper

• with black ink

-----) your left-hand thumb impression (10 kb to 200 kb ):-

• with blue ink

• Right Hand Thumb impression can be used in case of non- availability of  left-hand thumb due to any eventuality
