Infrastructure is one of the positive aspects of the college. The classrooms are well equipped with projector, central air conditioning. The labs gave good number if xim outed systems. Library is well equipped with various genres of books. Library also have facility of bloomberg software. College also have subscriptions of other software’s like Microsoft 360, grammerly which are provided to the students for free.
The courses are decently selected focusing both on the development of character and also a manager. Not all professors are outstanding. Even they are knowledgeable, teaching style may not suit every student.
Placements are the best part of the school of Rural Management. Every year there is 100 % placement of the batch. Companies visited are mostly BFSI sector. Most of the roles are sales roles offered. Placement team work hard for the placements. In this year(2024), all Colleges including IIM’s faced difficulty in placing their students for summer internships. Our college has almost placed 90% of batch by the time I am writing this review (14 th March, 2024).
I will say if you have any better or equal college opportunity, go for it. Except placement, nothing is much better here. It’s difficult for people from south to survive but one will learn how to thrive in a corporate world.
Campus life is normal. Parties are conducted frequently but nothing much exciting. If you are very good are managing time to enjoy. Gate will be closed at 8 PM. It is very difficult and annoying to watch a movie and run back to campus to reach in time. Food is the worst part of this University.
