SEA College of Education Bangalore has been established in the year 2016 which focuses on the teacher training institution situated at Ekta Nagar, Basavanapura, Virgonagar P.O, K R Puram, Bangalore. This is a co-educational institution that is an approved affiliate college affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Spread across as large area as 40 acres, this college admits a total of 200 students and 9 faculty members. SEA College of Education opens its doors to students for a single degree programme which is Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) which takes two years full time learning.

SEA College of Education boasts of offering the following standard and relevant facilities to supporting students learning the following facilities. The college has the facility of rich library and resource centre so students can come across a number of facility in terms of education. In as much as we have social activities, sports and fitness enthusiast will find the indoor and outdoor sports facilities of SEA College of Education excellent. The Actual SEA Multipurpose Indoor stadium and ground has installed standard equipment in different games such as shuttle badminton, table tennis, basketball, volley, football, cricket and others. The college also has modem IT infrastructure facility and departmental laboratory for practical knowledge and learning. Other facilities are an auditorium for use in events such as seminars, a canteen, a clinic with first aid facilities, and a gym. The campus is Wi-Fi compliant which makes it easy for the students to access the internet as they are in this world.

In the area of academic programmes, SEA College of Education offers only teacher education with a variety of specialisation areas in B.Ed programme. This course has an approved intake of 100 students hence it shows that the institute has adopted a policy of having large classes. B.Ed termed as Bachelor in Education is such a programme that will help the prospective teachers to develop the needed skills and knowledge to survive in the world of teaching.

It is also to note that at SEA College of Education, students are admitted on merit following scores that were obtained in the qualifying examination /entrance examination.
