The MBA programme is the core activity of SIMS, and it is from this platform that the institute has built its academic structure. This is a full-time two-year course which is intended to education students to get knowledge and develop skills necessary to work in the company. The program approved intake is 180 seats and is aimed at aspiring managers and other categories of learners. The content is give much attention to ensure that there is developement of a balance of both theory and practice so as to produce students that will withstand the day to day challenges in the business world. 

Admission process in SIMS is very competitive yet very simple. Still the institute uses mainly the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) scores, a test conducted for admission into MBA courses in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Intending candidates should monitor the APICET exam dates and follow the admission process of SIMS keenly.
