Seth Hirachand Mutha College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Kalyan is an educational institute located in the heart of Thane, Maharashtra. It was established in 2002 with a campus spread over 3.02 acres providing courses at undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels. The college has 300 students and 38 members in faculties. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council accredited the institution and granted the NAAC reaccreditation for five years in 2009. Quality education has been achieved within this organisation for a long time.

The postgraduate course offered is M Com in Advanced Accountancy.
