Degree-wise admission process

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed. programme at Shadab College of Education is a two-year full-time course and is approved to take in 443 candidates. Admission in B.Ed. under this programme is granted on the basis of merit determined by marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in entrance examination. The selection will adhere to the policies of the state government/UT administration and affiliated university. In this regard, an individual who has completed the undergraduate degree is eligible to apply.

D.El.Ed. (Diploma offered in Elementary Education): Shadab College of Education also provides a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). The criterion for admission is merit, according to the designated marks in a qualifying examination and/or performance in entrance examinations. In reality, the selection process is in conformity with the State Government/UT Administration regulations. This program is developed essentially for candidates that wish to specialize in elementary education.
