Shaheed Mangal Pandey Government Girls Post Graduate College, Meerut was established in 1999 in Uttar Pradesh. This constituent college is centrally positioned in the city of Meerut at Madhavpuram sprawling over a compact 2.49 acres campus with state-of-art infrastructure. The institution is NAAC accredited and NCTE approved promising quality education. Being a girls' college, it supports 35 courses under 8 degree programs and has a student strength of 1,642 and a faculty strength of 29, providing personalised care and support. 

The institution keeps the best facilities that reiterate the learning experience of the students. In the newly constructed PG block, the organising genre of academic resources stays at the core with a medium-sized and well-defined library. The library in the new PG block accommodates about 40 students at one time. In 2019, through RUSA grant aid, we could further modernise the library by automating it with the software called "Digi-Lib". Such modernisation has made cataloguing, reporting, acquisition, and circulation digital. Institution provides good IT infrastructure much needed to march along in the digital age.
