Shaheed Udham Singh Engineering College, Tangori (SUSEC) ranked as one of the fastest growing engineering colleges in the region was started in the year 2008. This affiliated college is situated in Tangori, Punjab, on five acres of land that embraces modern opportunities with the features of Punjab’s culture. SUSEC is recognised under the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which makes certain standard technical education. Currently, the college is serving 369 students and is the faculty of 42 employees. Currently, SUSEC provides four B.Tech programmes including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Shaheed Udham Singh Engineering College has been put up with various ultra modern facilities with a view to supporting the learning ability of the students. The campus is connected with Wi-Fi and students are free to use internet at anywhere in the campus. The central library is located at the campus and acts as source of information and knowledge for teachers as well as learners. SUSEC has 5 full time B.Tech programmes in its curriculum, which are all of four years’ duration. The Intake capacity of the college varies across these programmes and in total the college has a strength of 210 students. However, the number of graduations from the college of their latest year is yet to be archived; nevertheless, the reputation of offering quality education services is seen through its courses and infrastructure.

Shaheed Udham Singh Engineering College follows mainly the JEE Main examination for the purpose of admissions. This particular examination is conducted at the national level and is one among the criteria used by the SUSEC to admitting students engaging in engineering courses.
