Shaheed Udham Singh Engineering College. Accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the college has a well-established admission process for all its different B.Tech programs. JEE Main scores are used mainly by SUSEC to admit students to its engineering courses, keeping the selection procedure competitive and fair.
The admission process of SUSEC generally follows the national engineering admission timeline. The potential students must prepare themselves for the JEE Main exam, which is held biannually, typically in the months of January and April. Following the release of JEE Main results, SUSEC begins its admission process for the next academic year, which generally starts in the month of August-September.
Minimum eligibility for B.Tech courses is to pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam with main subjects as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The candidates should be well acquainted with these subjects so that they are able to adapt to the strict engineering course of study offered at SUSEC.
Application Process
The Shaheed Udham Singh Engineering College, Tangori, application process is as follows:
1. JEE Main Examination: The candidates are required to appear for the JEE Main examination organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
2. JEE Main Result: Once the results of JEE Main are announced, the candidates who have secured the cutoff marks as specified by SUSEC are eligible to apply.
3. Application Form: Shortlisted candidates have to complete the SUSEC application form. The form is generally available on the official website of the college or can be collected from the admissions office of the college.

5. Application Fee: The applicants should pay the stated application fee. The fee and payment information shall be clearly indicated in the application form.
6. Counselling Process: Shortlisted students can be invited for a counselling process where they can opt for their desired branch depending upon their JEE Main rank and the number of seats available.
7. Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted to students based on the counselling process.
8. Payment of Fee: After allotment of seat, candidates must pay the fee in order to finalize their admission.
9. Document Verification: All documents submitted will be verified by the college. All original documents must be available for verification by the candidates.
Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: SUSEC provides B.Tech courses in four core disciplines: Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Admission to the above programs is virtually based on marks of JEE Main. SUSEC has a total intake capacity of 210 seats under the above four B.Tech courses. Duration of all B.Tech courses is four years.
B.Sc: SUSEC also has a B.Sc course in Medical Lab Sciences. The admission process for this course might differ from the B.Tech courses. Candidates who wish to pursue this course should personally contact the college to get detailed information about the admission process of this course.
