Shaheen College of Education, Bandipora is an affiliated college at the picturesque location of Jammu and Kashmir, India, which was established in 2007. This is a co-educational institution located in Rampora, Bandipora and is envisioned for producing future educators. The college is very small and has a campus that is only 1 acre large, the college currently has 19 students enrolled. The faculty is made up of 4 full-time teachers, which creates highly individualised approach with quality teaching. Shaheen College of Education today offers only one programme of study in education and that is in teacher education so that teachers are prepared with adequate teacher training.

This gives the college an advantage because the college majors in this one programme that offers intensive training to the students in education.

The admission policy of Shaheen College of Education includes the policies of the State Government/UT Administration and the University to which the College is affiliated. Selection is made on merit basis and the criteria include marks at the qualifying examination and/or entrance test. The college may also utilise other forms of selection as per the policies of the day.
