Shamli Institute of Engineering and Technology, Shamli (SIET) is one of the affiliated colleges spread across Uttar Pradesh, India. This co-educational institution has been built at the 10 Km Mile Stone, Rajjak Nagar, Shamli Karnal Road in the area of Muzaffarnagar district with the prime objective to impart quality technical education. SIET is approved by AICTE, hence a nationally standardized engineering and technical education provider. 

Shamli Institute of Engineering and Technology, Shamli (SIET) has various facilities to help students in learning and developing their skills. SIET provides separate hostels for boys and girls to make students coming from different parts of the country comfortable. The library in this college acts as a knowledge center by providing books and other related materials to help students in their academic development. SIET has also developed IT infrastructure with an aim to make students knowledgeable about the use of technology and thus prepare them for the digital world.

SIET offers courses at different levels. Courses are provided by the institute in the form of seven courses under three degree categories. These seven courses cater to different interests and different aspiring careers. Four-year B.Tech courses are available in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering. For those who have a penchant for pursuing management studies, SIET has a two-year full-time MBA. The institute also offers a three-year diploma course in Mechanical Production Engineering and Mechanical Automobile Engineering. All these programs are offered on a full-time basis, allowing students to completely focus on the fields they have chosen.
