Shanti Mangalick School of Nursing and Paramedical, a famous nursing and paramedical institute of Agra was established in the year 2003. This is a co-educational institute situated in the historical city of Agra, recognized by a university and accredited by the INC of India. The study institution consists of a 6 acre area which enhances the physical learning and expansion of the premises. The institute has a capacity of 380 students and is staffed with a faculty of 39 members which give it the faculty student ratio of 39:380 and ensures quality education and internship. Currently, the school delivers 8 unique courses at 2 different levels of degrees, those being nursing and numerous paramedical majors.

According to the institute, it proudly provides various modern facilities to create a better learning environment. Every large and well-equipped academic institution should have a large collection of reference and important and specific books, journals, and magazines. Computer studies has place in the college where students get the updated resources with Internet browsing facility which helps the student to update themselves on the current developments in Nursing and paramedical fields. For purposes of practice, the institute includes facilities such as the Anatomy Lab, Nutrition Lab, Community Health Nursing (CHN) Lab, and an Advanced Nursing Skill Lab. This is a demonstration room; the institutions supplied baby doll imported for nursing practice by students. Even though the institute does not mention a boys ‘hostel it undoubtedly has a girls’ hostel facility which is very important to provide comfortable living space to girl students. 

The courses being offered by Shanti Mangalick School of Nursing and Paramedical include nursing, clinical services, diagnostic and imaging technology and clinical research and medical laboratory sciences. The institute offers 8 full time courses out of which there are degree as well as diploma courses. The total approved intake for this and all other courses is 270 students. Some of the courses that are offered include general nursing and midwifery GNM, B.Sc nursing, other diploma courses and they include physiotherapy, operation theater technician, optometry, cardiology, emergency, trauma care and others; and ANM.
