Hello,
As you have not specified the course or the name of hostel facility you want to know about neither the state i will tell you in general.
Hostels are for those people that live remotely like you are taking admission in Delhi you can find decent hostel for women according to your needs.
Like in Delhi university you can apply to hostels in college like Miranda house , indraprastha institute for women etc.
They provide excellent residence facilities and staff to make you secure and safe.
Some offer sports facilities , hostel library, gyms, swimming pool etc.
Secondly they make you feel at home with meals and living arrangements or housekeeping services.
But these come with a cost as in Delhi its very costly for a beginner to survive .
Before you search for a basic hostel keep in mind the basic things you want to have like is it far from your study or job , security etc.
Hope you have a good day !!
