Sheikh-ul-Alam Memorial Degree College, Budgam started in 2005 is an affiliated college situated at Pallar, Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir. It is affiliated by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and provides four under graduate courses. The college is located on an area of 8.25 acres of campus land and a total enrolment of students is 2,073 with faculty strength of 20 teachers.

A number of infrastructures are provided in the college to complement the learning and personal growth of the students. It stocks 7200 books which range from different disciplines and subscription to periodicals newspapers and journals that update the students on current events. With reference to sports and games, major games include football, cricket, volleyball, basket ball, badminton, table tennis, chess, carom and minor games include swimming pool, tennis, archery, hockey, kho-kho and jogger.
