Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
For Regular Student :
Candidates should be Indian nationals
Candidates should have passed class 10 or SSC or its equivalent examination
The applicant is expected to have completed their 10th standard from any of the government-recognized boards in India. The minimum marks which each candidate should score is 35% in total.
The candidate should have studied the following subjects in class 10: Mathematics, General Science, and English, as his/her compulsory subjects. In case any of these subjects are absent in the curriculum the student will be considered eligible to appear for the examination.
2. For Direct Second Year:
The Candidate should be an Indian National
Candidate Passing HSC Science or HSC Science with Technical or HSC Science with Vocational Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its Equivalent examination or SSC with 2 Years ITI with appropriate specialization from a recognized Institution in Maharashtra State or its Equivalent.
3. Minority Candidates.-
The Candidate should be an Indian National;
Candidate Passing HSC Science or HSC Science with Technical or HSC Science with Vocational Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its Equivalent examination or SSC with 2 Years ITI with appropriate specialization from a recognized Institution in Maharashtra State or its Equivalent.
Candidate must be Maharashtra Domiciled and belong to a particular linguistic or religious minority community (Muslim/ Buddhist/ Christian/ Shikh/ Parsi/ Jain) from within the state and as notified by the Government
