SITE is a Technical Institute popular among students, established in the year 2009 being located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Sebby institute teaches a total of 9 courses which include undergraduate and diploma courses. These include B.Tech as a full time program in Computer Science and Engineering; Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering; Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering; Civil Engineering; and Electrical Engineering. Also, SITE offer diploma in Mechanical Electrical and civil engineering. The total approved intake for all the courses is 570 while the B.Tech Mechanical Engineering claims the highest number of intakes at one hundred and twenty.

At SITE Bhubaneswar, most of the admissions are offered based on examinations handled by the institution. Sixty percent of the B.Tech programs are done under the Odisha Joint Entrance Exam Fee (OJEE) of which one-third of the total seats are for the state candidates. The remainder 15% of seats are filled through the counseling of JEE Main while 5% seats are reserved for NRI category and are filled by the institute on their own. For the diploma courses offered, the Diploma Entrance Test or DET is adopted as the mode of entry. The institute accepts JEE Main Scored as well as OJEE scores so that admission is not prejudiced by the scoring part of the particular exam.
