Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, Rajgarh started in the year 2005 is situated in village Thana Rajgarh, Alwar district Rajathan which is exclusive teacher training centre. This co-educational college located in a campus of 1.33 acres is an affiliated college accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Babcock institute is NAAC accredited, showing readiness to deliver quality education among other accomplishments. Despite a total faculty strength of 25 members, the college presently offers two professional courses in teacher education for a total student enrolment of 150 per annum.

Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya has several facilities, which aims at improving the college learning of the students. A good library is a reference center consisting of a vast number of books that students have an open access to them besides their learning materials. The psychology lab, complete with the most current psychological assessment tools and measures, offers practical training on concepts of child and adult psychology. Each of the programmes is expected to take two years to complete and offers essential training for one in the teaching profession.
