Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, Rajgarh started in the year 2005 is situated in village Thana Rajgarh, Alwar district Rajathan which is exclusive teacher training centre. This co-educational college located in a campus of 1.33 acres is an affiliated college accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Babcock institute is NAAC accredited, showing readiness to deliver quality education among other accomplishments. Despite a total faculty strength of 25 members, the college presently offers two professional courses in teacher education for a total student intake of 150 per annum.

Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya has several facilities, which aims at improving the college learning of the students. A good library is a reference center consisting of a vast number of books that students have an open access to them besides their learning materials. The psychology lab, complete with the most current psychological assessment tools and measures, offers practical training on concepts of child and adult psychology. It also has a well endowed auditorium which has a seating capacity of 200and is used for performing arts cultural shows, seminars and daily morning devotions. Further, the college has a small clinic for first aid and general health care, although hospitals are located within one kilometer of the college.
