Hello.
For doing BEd basic eligibility criteria says that you must complete your graduation with at least 50-55% from any recognised university , here it doesn't matter that how much gap after your bachelor you have even it also doesn't matter how many backlogs you have but for being eligible you must passed your bachelor with minimum aggregate percentage, so you have less percentage so you might be ineligible but it also depends upon University/College.

Sorry to say but with 47% you are not eligible to take admission in b.Ed. in good colleges.

But there are s ome universities which will give you admission in B.Ed course even after having less than 50% marks in graduation.
