Shiv Nadar University is a Private University offering a range of online courses alongside regular academic programmes. The university offers one UGC-entitled online programme at the PG level - MBA Online. The Shiv Nadar University Online programme is offered under the Academy of Continuing Education (ACE).

Students need to participate and score well in assignments and examinations which will award them grades at the end of each quarter, leading to the final degree.
