Shree Devi Institute of Technology (SDIT), established in 2006, is situated in Mangalore, Karnataka. SDIT operates under the auspices of the Shree Devi Education Trust and is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi  (VTU) in Belagavi. SDIT has received approvals from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Government of Karnataka, ensuring its adherence to educational standards and regulations.

SDIT offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including B.E. degrees across eight engineering disciplines, as well as M.Tech, MBA, and MCA courses. Admissions to these programs are determined through entrance exams such as KCET/COMEDK UGET/GATE/Karnataka PGCET. SDIT publishes cutoff scores and merit lists based on these entrance exams to guide the admission process.
