Since the year 2005, Shree Dhanvantary Pharmacy College, Kim is rated as one of the premier institutions in pharmaceutical education. This co-educational college, over 8.32 acres at Kim in Gujarat, has NAAC accreditation and PCI approval. There are a total of 8 courses at 3 degree levels with a total enrolment of 691 students. The student body composition includes 66% undergraduates and 34% postgraduates, with an almost balanced sex ratio, having 49% males and 51% females. The faculty strength at SDPC is 58 for imparting quality education in various pharmaceutical specializations.

SDPC offers a wide variety of programs in the pharmaceutical field: 1 undergraduate, 6 postgraduate, and 1 doctoral. The intake for B.Pharma is 100 seats and that for the various specializations under M.Pharma are 15 seats each. The intake for the Pharma.D program is 30. The intake for the Pharm.D Post-Baccalaureate course is 10 students.
