Shree Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Arts Science Commerce Business Administration and PG Studies, Honavar (SDM College Honavar) is a private college of the year of establishment, 1964. The college is situated at Honavar, Karnataka and comes under Karnataka University, Dharwad. SDM College, Honavar recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and offered many faculties in Management & Business Administration, Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, Sciences, Commerce and Computer Applications. The college today has a campus of 50 acres and total student strength is 1,241 and faculty is 77 in number. The programmes offered by the SDM College, Honavar are subdivided into 10 courses available in its 7 degrees for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The same college at the postgraduate level takes two years to offer M.Sc in Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Chemistry and M.Com . Including all levels of study the college takes 1,241 students in different courses. In acaemic year 2022,it had 992 first degree students and 80 post graduate students.
