Shree Khasgateshwar College of Education, Talikoti, was established in the year 2016, therefore, is a budding teacher education college. This co-educational college established at Talikoti in Karnataka is an affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located on a small piece of land, an area of 6.35 acres, the college at the present time has 92 students on rolls and 8 faculties. There is only Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) offered by the institute having an approved admission capacity of 50 reflecting its professionalism in training teachers.

This college offers a number of specially developed facilities that may help the student enhance his or her learning process. Every aspirant teacher must have access to textbooks, reference books, and the human population can exist as a knowledge base. The auditorium as well serves as central for different events and seminars, that create active learning environment. 

Thus, the college provides the guests with an opportunity to have a spare time and take care about their physical condition; there is a sports complex and a gym in the college. About IT infrastructure A student is equipped with contemporary educational technologies as a result of the mentioned IT infrastructure. School laboratories are versatile in providing authentic learning environment important in preparing teachers. The college also has two different hostels for boys and girls for out station students separately.

The Shree Khasgateshwar College of Education is affiliated to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay SHE, Jabalpur and intakes fifty students for the only course being offered namely B.Ed. This course is a two-year full time program which aims to provide students with knowledge and skills required to teach within and beyond classroom settings. In all probability, the program prescribes many types of educational theories, instructional approaches, and classroom management techniques although more specific information could not be drawn from the data provided.
