Shree Khasgateshwar College of Education, Talikoti, was established in the year 2016, therefore, is a budding teacher education college. This co-educational college established at Talikoti in Karnataka is an affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located on a small piece of land, an area of 6.35 acres, the college has 92 students enroled and 8 faculties. There is only Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) offered by the institute having an approved admission capacity of 50 reflecting its professionalism in training teachers.

Shree Khasgateshwar College of Education offers a number of specially developed facilities that may help the student improve his or her learning process. Every aspirant teacher must have access to textbooks, reference books, and the human population can exist as a knowledge base. The auditorium as well serves as central for different events and seminars, that create active learning environment. The college also has two different hostels for boys and girls for out station students separately.

Shree Khasgateshwar College of Education has an intake rate of fifty students for the only course being offered namely B.Ed. This course is a two-year full time programme which aims to provide students with knowledge and skills required to teach within and beyond classroom settings.
